About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Growth Associate to join Careersome. You will support Careersome's growth marketing and social media functions by driving B2B outreach, lead generation, and cold outreach, while also assisting with social media execution.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Marketing & B2B Outreach

• Conduct company and prospect research to build and maintain target lists
• Manage cold outreach across boards (phone and LinkedIn)
• Support partnership follow-ups and light-touch client check-ins as needed
• Contribute to product sales, company growth, product management and development.

Social Media Growth

• Support the posting calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Help manage company pages, including collaborating on strategies to improve visibility, following and sales.
• Track engagement metrics and growth opportunities
• Support promotion for webinars and campaigns

Business Development Support

• Assist with tracking leads and partnership opportunities relevant to business development
• Support outreach efforts tied to partnerships and B2B deals as needed

Cross-Functional

You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Associate, the Social Media Team and the Business Development Manager.

Reports to:

Growth Marketing Associate and Business Development Manager.
